‘To understand the heartbeat of a country, you have to listen’

‘To understand the heartbeat of a country, you have to listen.’ Sir Graham Boyce, distinguished British diplomat and former ambassador, who has had an illustrious career representing the UK in Sweden, Qatar, Kuwait and Egypt, talks to Charlie Day. Since transitioning to the private sector in 2003, Sir Graham has held senior advisory roles and board positions with major companies including Lehman Brothers, Bank of America, VT Group and Nomura. Charlie is an ESU member and founder of The New Forum, a platform dedicated to bridging the generational divide through interviews with high-profile people in the worlds of politics, business and current affairs.
