Public Speaking Competition for schools: Liverpool & Merseyside

The branch final for our Public Speaking Competiton was held on January 26th 2018.

Winners: Archbishop Beck Catholic Sports College

Runners up: Birkenhead High School Academy

Best Speaker: Ryan Campbell, St Edward’s College

Best Chair: Matthew Brough, Archbishop Beck College

Best Questioner:  Sophie Dyas, Birkenhead High School Academy

The Merivale Trophy for the Personality of the Final was presented to Ryan Campbell from St Edward’s College by Molly’s daughter Kate.

We would like to congratulate Archbishop Beck College on receiving a Commendation in the ESU Debating Culture Award.
