The ESU, Dartmouth House, The Merit Club and breathwork mentor Sarah Hyde are joining forces for an evening of women’s wellness and connection.
Surrounding the theme of releasing control, we’re offering women a chance to take a break from their busy lives for a meditative breathwork session and guided open discussion in a safe, supportive space. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore pop-up shops and giveaways from women’s wellness brands, including DonDunk, who will give exclusive access to their brand-new activewear launching in February. Nazani Tea will also educate guests on the medicinal benefits of tea for women’s wellness.
Itinerary:
- 6:00 – 6:30 pm – Arrive for a wellness shot from Moju and browse the pop-up shops before settling on your mat in the tranquil setting of Dartmouth House’s long drawing room.
- 6:30 – 7:30 pm – Sarah Hyde will lead an hour-long Conscious Connected Breathing session to help you tap into your innate capacity for relaxation and self-discovery.
- 7:30 – 8:00 pm – we’ll open the floor for a facilitated open discussion on releasing control to start the conversations.
- 8:00 – 9:00 pm – Continue connecting with the women in attendance and explore our pop-up shops and experiences.
Please wear comfortable gym clothes. This event is open to female members and guests only.
We look forward to hosting you for an evening of self-care!
