The ESU South Wales branch in partnership with the Colwinston Philosophical Society to bring you an evening lecture at 8.00pm from Geneva by Dr Patrick Low who has had a varied and distinguished career including spells in academia, the World Bank and for 16 years as Chief Economist  at the World Trade Organisation. Dr Low will be speaking on “Declining Globalisation: is it real and do we care.”
