‘The False Armistice of 7th November 1918’:  A talk by Jim Smith, former History teacher and Head of Sixth Form at Speedwell School, Bristol and a visiting lecturer at the University of Bristol School of Education.

The meeting is on Thursday, 17 November at the Apostle Room of the Catholic Cathedral, Pembroke Road. Doors will open at 7.15pm for light refreshments, with the talk beginning at 7.45pm.
