Jonathan Sobczyk-Boddington

Jonny is the CEO of the Peter Jones Foundation, an organisation working with over 400 UK schools and colleges that supports children to develop enterprise and entrepreneurship skills. A former classroom teacher, Jonny is equally passionate about enterprise and education, and is committed to improving the life chances of the young people he works with.

Having started his first business at the age of 12, Jonny has founded and co-founded several companies and charitable initiatives in the education sector, including The Brilliant Club, Researchers in Schools and AccessEd.

Jonny was named in the Top 10 Young UK Social Entrepreneurs in 2010, listed in The Observer’s Britain’s 50 New Radicals in 2012 and won the Guardian’s Charity of the Year Award in 2015.

Alongside his role at the ESU, Jonny is on the boards of Tomorrow’s People and AccessEd, and he is a Teach First Ambassador.
