Over his last 15 years of executive work, retiring in 2017, David led The Crown Estate team responsible for the 21st Century regeneration of Regent Street. Prior to this David was a Management Board Director of retailer The Burton Group. David was for four years Chairman of The Pollen Estate and for 17 years a non-executive director of The New West End Company. He retired from both roles in 2019.
David is Chairman of the charity Orpheus Sinfonia Foundation, a member of the City of London Corporation Property Investment Board, and a Director of The Mayfair Art Weekend. David was awarded an OBE in 2014 for services to the retail industry and charitable work.
