Ameena Khan Sullivan

Previously our Education Programmes Officer, Ameena also acted as a senior oracy trainer and mentor for three years – delivering debating and public speaking workshops to diverse schools in the UK, Italy, Denmark and Japan. Ameena is passionate about oracy provision in all stages of education: she has published academic papers on oracy skills in Higher Education, supported data analysis for the Oracy All-Party Parliamentary Group’s ‘Speak for Change’ inquiry and has held numerous consultancy roles for academic and charitable organisations. Ameena was president of the University of Surrey debating society from 2015 – 2018 and recently completed her Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics at the University of London.
