Harriet Gruender

As an English and drama teacher, trained at the world-leading UCL Institute of Education in London, Harriet became a passionate advocate for empowering young people with strong oracy skills for social mobility. She worked with the ESU at her school, and was an ESU member.

Now part of the ESU marketing team, Harriet enjoys making sure we reach as many young people as possible, blending her creative and strategic skills to support more schools and their students all around the world. Harriet also has experience as a classical singer and stand up comedian, and can often be found enjoying London’s rich theatre offer.
