Education Network Officer

We are currently looking for an Education Network Officer to recruit, train and manage our network of mentors and judges across England & Wales.

Our Education Network is comprised of mentors, judges, alumni and volunteers who enable us to deliver our educational programmes and ensure that we reach schools all over England and Wales:

To celebrate the ESU’s centenary next year, we are offering our Discover Debating programme for free to over 100 state primary schools. To support the delivery of Discover Debating, in addition to many of our other teaching programmes and competitions, we are looking for not only an excellent administrator with the ability to contribute to the development of our mentor strategy; but also a candidate who is committed to empowering young people to discover their voice and ensure the continued impact of our work.

- Salary: £25,000 to be reviewed after 3 months with potential increase to £26,500 based on competence in role.
