ESU London is putting together an ESU cookery book, incorporating members' favourite recipes.
The book will be sold to generate funds for the ESU and will include both national and international recipes.
We would love to hear what recipes you couldn't do without, so please contact us with your ideas and make this exciting and multicultural project a must have for any kitchen.
