The College of Public Speaking Corporate Challenge 2010, held on 25 October 2010 at the our Headquarters in Mayfair, was a major success.

Ten finalists spoke to a one hundred strong audience on the theme of 'Creating long term economic prosperity...'

The five independent judges, led by Rachel Elnaugh of Dragons' Den fame, were impressed by the quality of the presentations. Following a long deliberation the results were announced:

Winner - Laura McCracken, consultant with Wrightson Wood
Runner-up - Anthony Gell of The Business Voice.
Third - George Anstey of Nera Consulting.
Vince Stevenson, the Education Director of The College of Public Speaking, remarked: "Year on year, this contest grows and the standard improves. It has become one of the most popular adult speaking events in the UK in just three years. We are indebted to the English-Speaking Union for the use of their magnificent facilities and to our many friends and volunteers whose contributions make it such a special and unique event."
