2012 IPSC Handbook Online Now!

The handbook for the International Public Speaking Competition 2012 is now online and available to view or download. Click here to see it.
The IPSC 2012 handbook contains the rules of the competition, an explanation of the competition structure and format and a comprehensive set of guidelines for speakers and adjudicators for both prepared and impromptu speeches. The theme for this year’s international competition is “The Head or the Heart?”
The theme for national competitions which will be running in approximately 50 countries around the globe between now and next May is “The Wisdom of Youth.”
IPSC 2012 will run from Monday 14 May to Friday 18 May 2012.
