The ESU brings together and empowers people of different languages and cultures. We work principally with young people in the UK and internationally, helping them to gain confidence, find their voice and engage in dialogue through the use of English as a shared language. These are school children, students, young adults, teachers and other professionals for whom the ability to communicate effectively in English is a vital skill.
We are dependent on the generosity of our members, alumni, donors and sponsors to fund our charitable activities. We are extremely grateful to all our supporters who have enabled us to extend our programme of charitable activities across the globe.
